Over the lifetime of the project have changed significantly for the better conditions for trade craftsmen, small businesses, catering. The central entrance of the fair is opened by two Towns of Masters. They are good equipped, convenient for the trade and the presentation of fork craftsmen production. The sheds above trade places made from haulm in folk style preserve the participants and their production during the summer heat and during the rain.

Zone for private businessmen was changed too. It was regulated and marked out for the avoidance of different misunderstandings and conflicts. Special attention is paid to catering establishments. The most opportune places are marked out for them and that is why they are very easy of access for great number of visitors. These establishments are connected up power supply first off all. The area is provided with water supply. All the sanitary measures are followed here and the check-ups of sanitary epidemiological organs are evidence of it.

There are many interesting diverting places for children. Every year on the fair area the luna-park and Zoo-park, different play sideshows are located. Adult person can visit regular night discos.
